1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Thorfin's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use the Thorfin platform for personal, non-commercial, or commercial internal business operations. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Thorfin platform.
3. User Content
Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post to the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Thorfin or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Thorfin's website.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
